Project Coordinator — International Development

ICE-FRANCE is recruiting a project coordinator to strengthen its Marseille team. Under the responsibility of the program director, you will be in charge of the operational coordination of 2 to 3 projects in West Africa, from the Marseille headquarters with regular field missions (30% of the time).Your main responsibilities:Ensure the administrative, financial, and technical follow-up of the projectsCoordinate field teams and short-term expertsPrepare reports for donors (EU, AFD)Participate in drafting new technical and financial proposalsRepresent ICE-FRANCE at meetings with partners and donors
Profile required
- Advanced degree (Bac+5) in international cooperation, development, political science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing international development projects
- Knowledge of institutional donor procedures (EU, AFD, World Bank)
- Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa (residency or long-term missions)
- Excellent writing skills in French; good level of English
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, budget tracking)
