2023 Impact Report: 30 Years of Commitment to Development

Published on 10 April 2024

As ICE-FRANCE celebrates its 30th anniversary, our 2023 impact report reflects the vitality and relevance of our work in the service of international development.

Key Figures 2023

  • 12 active projects in 9 African countries
  • 850 direct beneficiaries trained and supported
  • 4 new contracts signed with the UE and AFD
  • 35 experts mobilized on long-term and short-term missions

Highlights of the Year

The year 2023 was marked by several significant events. The successful closure of the program in Senegal allowed us to capitalize on four years of intervention and to document best practices in decentralized local governance. In Cameroon, the final phase of the community health program confirmed promising results in reducing maternal mortality in the intervention areas.

Outlook 2024

Bolstered by these results, ICE-FRANCE approaches 2024 with ambition: three new submissions are underway for programs in Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. We are also strengthening our methodological offer in the areas of gender integration and the digital transition of African administrations.
